A year ago I started studying at 42 Madrid, and today I’m taking a freeze to focus on a new professional chapter, with the plan to come back later and finish what I started. In these twelve months I’ve met remarkable people, come across ideas I wouldn’t have found anywhere else, founded my own company with a fellow student and, thanks to all of that, found a job. 42 has given me a lot professionally, and even more on a human level. My endless gratitude to the staff, to those who created this environment, and to every peer I’ve shared the cluster with.
Thanks to the Liga Nexus, I also took part in a hackathon that gave rise to calendar42, a calendar for students that brings corrections, events, exams and slots together in one place, and which earned us second place. It’s my small way of giving something back to the community: you can try it at:

and the code is published at https://github.com/jorgemartinezpizarro/calendar42. Thank you all for this opportunity.
So long, and thanks for all the fish.
